At TickTide, we want to ensure a straightforward shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return and refund process.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn, unused, and with original tags.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@ticktide.shop.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, TickTide will cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
5. Damaged and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@ticktide.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
