1. Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.
What are your shipping charges? We charge a flat rate of $15.00 for all orders across the USA.
How long will it take to receive my order? The total estimated delivery time is 4 to 12 business days. This includes:
- Handling Time: 1-2 business days.
- Transit Time: 3-10 business days.
How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier’s site to see your package’s location.
2. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Are there any restocking fees? No, we do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
